Hi!  My real name is Staci.  I've been happily married for 17 years to my husband Rogene. After struggling with infertility for more than 10 years we were blessed with two beautiful daughters, Tessa (6 years old) and Emma (2 years old). I'm a Seventh-day Adventist and a very busy stay at home mom.   

My husband came up with the name "Laughing Mommy".  It comes from the Bible verses Genesis 18:13-15. 

Then the LORD said to Abraham, "Why did Sarah laugh and say, 'Will I really have a child, now that I am old?' Is anything too hard for the LORD ? I will return to you at the appointed time next year and Sarah will have a son." Sarah was afraid, so she lied and said, "I did not laugh."  But he said, "Yes, you did laugh."

There was a time when I would have laughed if anyone had told me that I would have a baby… so the name really fits.

Now that I have these two kids, I'm laughing for other reasons!
